1. Log in to your RKX user portal. From the user menu on the left side, navigate to Downloads, where you can download the appropriate MT5 platform version based on your device.
2. After the platform has been downloaded and opened, you will have the option to select your account server. Alternatively, you can manually search for the platform server using the search bar. Once the desired server is selected, click "Next".
3. Once the appropriate server is selected, choose "Connect with an Existing Trade Account". Enter your Account Number in the Login section and provide the Trading Password that was shared with you via your registered email after your trading account was created. Lastly, click on "Finish' to login.
How to Log In to MT5 on Android:
1. Once you have downloaded MT5 from your user portal, as shown in the screenshot above, open the application and click on the Settings bar and there you can select "New Account."
2. Search for the server by typing "RKX" or "RKXFinancial," then select the correct server "RKX Financial SA (Pty) Ltd."
3. Choose correct server, Demo or Live, depends on your account type. Enter your Account Number in the Login section and provide the Trading Password that was shared with you via your registered email after your trading account was created.
