Follow the steps below to set up a SmartPicks PAMM Investor Account:
Step 1: Your Sales/Account Manager needs to email cn.clientexperience@rkx.com to apply for a PAMM Wallet Account, with trading@rkx.com cc'd. Once approved, log in to the SmartPicks PAMM website using your MT4 credentials and register as a PAMM Investor.
Step 2: Click 'Create New Account' in the Investor Account section. The system will send your Investor Account login details to your registered email. There is currently no limit on the number of Investor Accounts you can create.
📌 Note: Each Investor Account can only subscribe to one PAMM strategy at a time. To follow a different strategy, a new Investor Account must be created.
Step 3: Browse the PAMM Leaderboard to review different PAMM Managers' historical performance, return rate, drawdown, and fee structure. Select a suitable manager and click 'Invest'.
Step 4: Transfer funds from your Wallet to the corresponding PAMM Investor Account. The transfer amount must meet the minimum deposit requirement set by the PAMM Manager. Then wait for the PAMM Manager to confirm and execute the fund allocation — either at the next rollover or manually.
Once executed, you will officially begin copy trading the strategy.
